The internet let people do things that adults, bosses, managers, media companies, and government officials would not let them do.

So if you want creativity to grow from children, “Get out of their way!”, If you want businesses to be more creative, “Get out of their way!”, if you want a nation to grow across the globe without even a map to refer to or protection from native and indigenous people that want to defend that land the people just came into, then “Get out of the people’s way!” We know how this worked when the British got out of our way back in 1776.

So when you see nations being toppled, industries being eliminated and companies being brought to their knees by ordinary people, then you see what the power of “Getting out of their way!” means.

Minority Rules is the topic that scientists at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute discovered. They discovered that if 10% of people have a strong opinion about something, the rest of the people will soon adopt it.
